مصفاة الأعشاب على شكل فطر

The silicone is sturdy but flexible, so it doesn't break apart when I drop it into a boiling pot. I use it for soups and stews, and it really simplifies removing all the stems after cooking. Absolutely worth the price for such a simple kitchen helper.

I was skeptical a silicone pouch could hold up to a long simmer, but after making stock with it, the seams stayed tight and no herbs escaped. Cleanup was a breeze since nothing stuck to the food-safe material. This infuser makes adding depth to soups and stews effortless.

The little silicone pouch is way more flexible than I expected, so it's easy to stuff a big handful of thyme in there without it splitting at the seam. I've used it in three big pots of stew already and it floats nicely, holds everything together, and rinses clean in seconds.
