The chime control is a game-changer—I can mute the bird when I’m on calls, and it’s still quiet enough to not startle the cat. Setup was a breeze with three AAs, and the whimsical design makes me smile every time it pops out.

The chime control is such a smart touch— I set it to go off only during my lunch break and it’s become a little daily ritual. It’s got that classic carved feel, and the bird’s pop-out is surprisingly snappy for the price. Just remember to grab three AAs before it arrives.

Setting the chime myself means my kids actually get a quiet morning on weekends, and the little bird popping out startles them into giggles every time. Took just a minute to pop in three AAs and hang it, and it's been ticking away perfectly ever since.
