手洗いタイマー

I got this for my kids who rush through handwashing in five seconds flat, and now they actually scrub the full twenty seconds just to hear the Beethoven finish. The pull-string is weirdly satisfying to use, honestly I fiddle with it myself sometimes.

Pulling the string triggers a cheerful Beethoven snippet that keeps me scrubbing until it's done. It's surprisingly effective for actually timing the full 20 seconds without guessing.

My kids actually fight over who gets to pull the string, which I never expected when I hung this in the bathroom. The Beethoven tune runs long enough that even my five-year-old scrubs the full twenty seconds without me nagging.
