Surdeigsstartsats

The jar design really nails it—the wide mouth makes feeding and stirring a breeze, and the markings take the guesswork out of tracking rise. My starter doubled in size within three days of using the kit, and the instructions were clear enough that I never felt lost.

I was nervous about keeping a starter alive, but the included cloth cover and rubber band make feeding cycles so much easier to track. The jar itself feels sturdy and has just the right heft.

The measuring lines inside the jar make it so easy to track the feeding ratio without any guesswork. I’ve already seen active bubbles on day three, which feels like a huge win for a first-timer.
