I hung mine in the entryway and love how the dried flowers catch the light when the tea light is on. The PVA glue had no smell and washed off my fingers easily.

The glue dried clear and the little electric votive actually looks warm, not cheap—my kids were so proud of their finished lamp. It took us about an hour and a half, and the dried flowers stayed put once the balloon popped. A perfect rainy-day project for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy the paper mâché turned out, and the reusable tea light makes it feel like a real lamp. The dried flowers inside catch the light beautifully when it’s lit up.
