烏龜豆腐壓

I was skeptical a tofu press would make a difference, but this bamboo one really squeezes out water evenly and the silicone band holds tight. It's compact enough to fit in my crowded drying rack effortlessly.

The turtle shape makes me smile every time I use it, and the bamboo is a nice touch since it won’t harbor bacteria like plastic. It presses my tofu firm enough for pan-frying in about 20 minutes, which is way faster than the weighted plates I used to stack.

It finally gets all the water out without me having to stack heavy cans on top, and the silicone band keeps it snug. The turtle shape is just a bonus, but it does make me smile every time I use it.
