自分で作るウェザーハウス

The sun and cloud figures actually swap places depending on the humidity, and it's oddly satisfying to watch on a muggy morning. Took me about an hour to glue together and paint, and the hinge pin needed a little sanding to move freely.

Assembling the little wooden house took me an afternoon, and now I actually check it before heading out the door. The hygrometer part genuinely works — the cloud slid out yesterday right before it rained. My kid keeps asking to paint the sun a different color.

The Sun and Cloud popping out based on humidity is such a clever little trick—my kids check it every morning before school. Assembly was straightforward and the finished piece looks charming on our shelf.
